WARNING! As I always say when I am training and coaching individuals, do not undertake our coaching programmes unless you want to change your life and achieve success.

The number of sessions individuals require is variable. Following an initial assessment, a programme will be devised specifically for you and what you want to achieve. Your programme will be comprised of weekly or monthly sessions and there may be required tasking for you to complete between those sessions. Together we will do whatever is required to get you the outcome you want and need. Outside of these sessions, you are free to contact us by email or telephone at any time. So many people rate their success on how busy they are. Success is not identified through a level of busy-ness. You can be slogging your guts out and still hate the job, you can be so busy on one hand but bored on the other.

Busy-ness can lead to overwhelm and does not equal happiness.

This is not some online self-confidence course where you have to work at it over a period of time; this change will be immediate and last forever giving you back the confidence and self-esteem that has always been inside you. We teach individuals how to break through the limitations that hold them back and to access the resources that they just couldn’t previously get in touch with.

How is it done?

If you woke up one morning with a headache, you may well take some form of pain killer. If the following morning the same thing happened and there is no other reason for it, you’re quite likely to do the same thing. You may even do this for three, four or even five consecutive mornings.

However, at some stage you are going to think you need to make an appointment to see your Doctor and get to the bottom of what is causing your headaches.

You can only treat symptoms for so long before the wisest course of action is to get to the cause.

A lot of Life Coaches deal with actions, by setting to-do lists, goals and strategic plans. That is all well and good and there is a time and a place for that. However, we prefer to give people tools for life and understand what they need to do to make long-lasting and effective change.

If you are a serial ponderer, then a to-do list probably won’t work. If you are a total worrier, then setting goals won’t help. And if you feel stuck in your life, constant over analysing your problems won’t allow you to move forward.

Such circumstances need to be worked on at a deeper level by understanding your values, beliefs, strategies and thought processes that stop you moving forward. That is what we do. We also do that entire goal setting stuff too when the time is right!
